Manage donor audit readiness and legacy audits, maintain grants documentation (SharePoint), build donor compliance knowledge hub, train staff, monitor cashflow and invoices, develop partner documentation guidelines, and lead a small grants compliance team.

Provide stakeholder engagement, policy engagement, and knowledge-translation support for a soil health initiative. Design inclusive engagement processes, facilitate workshops, translate technical evidence into policy-relevant briefs and guidance, and strengthen partnerships and visibility in regional and international policy fora.
