Lead regional operational reporting and performance monitoring across procurement, fleet, travel, inventory, and projects. Build dashboards, extract and analyze D365/ERP data, support budgeting and forecasting, maintain project trackers and risk registers, drive process improvements, coordinate stakeholders, and prepare executive reports to improve efficiency and compliance across African country offices.

Design and execute socio-economic research on adoption, resilience, market access and impact; manage large-scale field surveys; analyze primary and secondary datasets with advanced statistical and econometric methods; produce technical reports, policy briefs and spatial visualizations; maintain data infrastructure and QA systems; contribute to stakeholder engagement and scaling strategies.

Support planning and analysis of agricultural field trials: generate randomizations and layouts, curate and analyze data, develop/refine R code, contribute to publications, and train scientists in data management and analysis.
