CIFOR-ICRAF Benefits Overview

Provides administrative, financial, procurement, travel, correspondence, filing, meeting, event, and visitor logistics support to the Office of the CEO. Processes travel and payment submissions, tracks budgets and expenses, manages petty cash and procurement workflows, coordinates signatures and invitations, maintains records, orders supplies, and supports office upkeep. The role also assists with CEO events and backs up the Executive Assistant during periods of high workload or absence.

Leads planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, reporting, budgeting, partner management, donor compliance, and learning for large-scale Latin American environmental projects. Coordinates consortium partners, contractors, technical teams, governance bodies, and financial units; oversees MEL plans, safeguards, contracts, travel, financial tracking, risk mitigation, knowledge management, and donor reporting.

Coordinate the complete speaker journey, from identifying diverse global leaders and managing invitations to briefings and follow-up. Curate event sessions, maintain speaker databases and website updates, support communications and content creation, and strengthen community speakers’ presentation skills. The role also helps shape event narratives, connect global topics, promote speaker knowledge across media, support frontline representation, and nurture strategic partnerships.
