Develop and debug high-performance embedded software for optical networking platforms. Collaborate with hardware, QA, and systems engineering teams; build software across operating systems, drivers, control plane, and data plane components; and troubleshoot multithreaded, distributed systems using Linux-based development tools.

Reviews analog and digital schematics, identifies power and signal integrity risks, performs board bring-up and prototype validation, and debugs hardware issues in a laboratory environment. Conducts electrical measurements, analyzes waveforms, executes validation procedures, performs root-cause analysis, and recommends corrective actions. Documents schematic reviews and lab findings while collaborating with design teams to improve hardware reliability, manufacturability, and testability.

Lead photonics and modem production test activities across global sites. Develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and scale automated test systems; provide Design for Testability guidance; validate prototypes; and improve manufacturing readiness with contract manufacturers and internal teams. Build tools and interfaces for manufacturing data and production systems, optimize test processes for throughput, and introduce emerging technologies. The role requires hands-on telecom hardware testing, software development, laboratory expertise, and international collaboration.
