Provide nursing support under the Health and Wellness Director to ensure resident care and regulatory compliance; supervise nursing staff on shift; administer and audit medications; complete assessments, care plans, documentation, and incident reports; coordinate with physicians, families, and pharmacies; participate in clinics, on-call/shift coverage, training, and community wellness activities.

Administers medications and provides personal care to residents; supervises resident assistants on shift; documents care, performs narcotic counts and medication audits; records vitals; reports condition changes; assists with appointments, charting, compliance training, and maintaining medication room and pharmacy communication; responds to resident needs and participates in wellness programs and emergency drills.

Supervise and evaluate resident care in memory care and assisted living; schedule and train care staff; coordinate patient care plans, follow-up appointments, and referrals; maintain required trainings and certifications; improve care quality and clinic workflows; meet with residents and families to resolve issues.
