Develops and coordinates meaningful activity programs for senior residents, recruits and trains volunteers, creates activity calendars, coordinates special events and transportation, maintains supplies and resident feedback channels, and promotes staff involvement and resident engagement.

Plan and run daily activities and outings for residents, supervise volunteers, track attendance, coordinate with staff and sales, manage budgets and supplies, lead resident assessments and welcome program, and ensure compliance with safety, HIPAA, and regulatory training.

Plan, coordinate, and host meaningful activity programs and special events for senior residents. Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and encourage staff involvement. Create activity calendars, manage supplies and budget, arrange transportation for outings, collect resident feedback, maintain required LMS trainings, and communicate events to leadership. Work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.
