Places international camp counselor participants with U.S. summer camps by managing recruitment, onboarding, matching, hiring events, and pre-departure processes. The role develops camp relationships, prospects and onboards host organizations, monitors placement performance, maintains Salesforce and team records, supports BridgeUSA program delivery, and participates in domestic and international travel, including camp site visits and hiring events.
