Develops data pipelines, entity and topic extraction, embeddings-based search, AI model fine-tuning, inference optimization, and APIs for enterprise legal and risk applications. Builds evaluation platforms and metrics to improve model, search, and algorithm quality. Requires expertise in LLMs, machine learning frameworks, programming, cloud-native development, scalable data pipelines, advanced search, CI/CD, and technical leadership.

Build and customize enterprise full-stack applications, data connectors, and plugins for customer technology environments. Develop dynamic front ends using React, AngularJS, or NextJS; support backend development and database management; and implement UI event instrumentation. Collaborate using Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices while helping lead engineering teams. Bonus work includes generative AI, prompt engineering, search and AI APIs, cloud platforms, and legal technology.

Lead UX Designer responsible for researching lawyers’ workflows, conducting interviews and usability studies, synthesizing insights, and translating findings into user-centered designs, mockups, and prototypes. The role collaborates with product managers and engineers, presents customer-facing research and marketing materials, advocates for excellent UX, and mentors team members. Experience with enterprise or legal technology, complex workflows, and generative AI is advantageous.
