Teams at CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center)

Leads real estate feasibility assessments and complex international expansion projects for future CIC centers. Coordinates finance, legal, design, construction, operations, and advisory workstreams; manages plans, risks, decisions, milestones, and stakeholder communications. Supports commercial negotiations, transaction documentation, public-sector RFPs, executive recommendations, and implementation handoffs while maintaining accurate pipeline data and improving expansion processes.

Plans and coordinates events from concept through execution, managing budgets, schedules, suppliers, venues, guest lists, logistics, communications, and on-site operations. The role also handles post-event reporting, feedback analysis, stakeholder relationships, and issue resolution while ensuring high-quality experiences for guests and partners.

Supports coworking community members through responsive service, onboarding, office moves, event preparation, concierge operations, and community events. Maintains kitchens, conference rooms, print stations, offices, and lab spaces; resets spaces after move-outs; performs light repairs and troubleshooting; and coordinates facilities requests with building maintenance. The role requires a personable, organized, hands-on problem solver with at least one year of professional experience.
