Plans and coordinates events from concept through execution, managing budgets, schedules, suppliers, venues, guest lists, logistics, communications, and on-site operations. The role also handles post-event reporting, feedback analysis, stakeholder relationships, and issue resolution while ensuring high-quality experiences for guests and partners.

Supports coworking community members through responsive service, onboarding, office moves, event preparation, concierge operations, and community events. Maintains kitchens, conference rooms, print stations, offices, and lab spaces; resets spaces after move-outs; performs light repairs and troubleshooting; and coordinates facilities requests with building maintenance. The role requires a personable, organized, hands-on problem solver with at least one year of professional experience.

The Systems & Network Engineer will ensure network reliability, security, and scalability, managing physical access controls, monitoring traffic, and collaborating with vendors. Responsibilities include troubleshooting networks, documenting systems, and participating in an on-call rotation for emergencies.
