Oversee investment mandate compliance across retail, institutional, and private wealth portfolios, focusing on derivatives. Develop pre- and post-trade monitoring policies, analyze regulatory changes, report exceptions and trends, support audits and risk meetings, contribute to projects and product launches, and advise stakeholders on investment controls and regulatory adherence.

Support repo and collateral management operations, including collateral coverage, securities borrowing and pledging, margin calls, settlements, and corporate actions. Coordinate daily with counterparties and lenders, investigate discrepancies, process trades across international deadlines, and ensure accurate settlement. Serve as a subject matter expert on complex products and trade events while identifying and implementing process improvements. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, capital markets operations experience, and familiarity with securities lending, repo trading, prime brokerage, OTC derivatives, and collateral management.

Designs and develops performance measurement datasets, reporting solutions, and analytics applications for Finance. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, solution design, coding, unit testing, data quality support, incident resolution, and documentation. Partners with business and technology teams to clarify needs and maintain reliable data processes. Requires advanced SAS and Oracle SQL, stored procedure and ETL development, database object creation, and automated processing. Hybrid role based in Toronto.
