Build and manage a client portfolio by providing personalized financial advice across banking, investments, lending, and estate planning. Develop new relationships through networking, community involvement, lead conversion, and needs-based sales. Serve as a trusted point of contact while meeting performance goals and delivering exceptional client experiences. The role is full-time, on-site, and may require work across multiple banking centres, including evenings and weekends.

Lead a cross-functional team delivering Record Remediation and PrivateLink Update initiatives, overseeing OpenText implementations, integrations, testing, change and incident management. Ensure operational stability, drive project delivery, coordinate stakeholders (business, risk, compliance, vendors), and coach the team to improve processes and service performance.
