Provides administrative, client service, and operational support to an Investment Counselor managing high-value portfolios. Responsibilities include preparing client documentation and presentations, maintaining account records, resolving inquiries, processing transactions, supporting investment policy implementation, reviewing portfolios, coordinating referrals, and ensuring accurate account openings and closures.
