Leads enterprise MLOps and LLMOps strategy, architecture, platform development, deployment automation, governance, monitoring, and operational standards. Oversees CI/CD pipelines, model lifecycle workflows, reusable frameworks, RAG pipelines, production deployments, observability, lineage, and compliance. Partners with technology, governance, audit, and business stakeholders while mentoring teams and driving adoption of scalable AI capabilities across the bank.

Provides personalized financial advice to personal and small-business clients, manages mortgage-client relationships, identifies investment, credit, and banking needs, and refers clients to specialists. Builds relationships through networking, outreach, and community events; generates business through client calls and referrals; and helps clients adopt mobile banking tools. Requires 2–3 years of financial advisory experience and current mutual funds accreditation with CIRO-MFD eligibility.

Build and manage personal and business banking client relationships, understand financial goals, recommend tailored banking, credit, investment, and wealth-protection solutions, and achieve sales results. Conduct outreach and marketing activities, deepen client relationships, connect clients with internal partners, and promote digital banking tools. The role is full-time onsite, may require work across multiple nearby banking centres, and includes evening and weekend hours.
