Ten-week Private Wealth Management internship supporting executive responsibilities, strategic projects, Operating Committee initiatives, and cross-functional work. Interns gain exposure to senior leadership, develop financial and analytical skills, build professional relationships, and participate in training, mentorship, and community outreach. Candidates should be business, economics, or finance students graduating between December 2027 and June 2028, with at least a 3.0 GPA and interest in financial services and the stock market.

Supports CIBC Private Wealth’s Investment Team with performance reporting, investment communications, market research, presentations, product due diligence, content management, deadline tracking, and project coordination. The intern drafts and edits investment materials, creates charts and visuals, maintains SharePoint and Seismic content, and collaborates with Investment, Performance, Marketing, and Compliance teams. The role develops research, writing, editing, project management, and organizational skills in a private wealth environment.

Supports CIBC’s 10-week summer internship program through event coordination, project management, program metrics, feedback collection, and collaboration with HR and cross-functional teams. The intern will help organize leader sessions, networking events, and professional development workshops while developing analytical, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
