Proactively engage churches and congregations in the Netherlands to present and onboard ChurchDesk/Hagru digital tools. Own the full sales-consulting cycle from first contact to long-term partnership, build trust with church leadership, and translate church workflows into value from the platform.

Own the full sales cycle for churches and faith communities: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals across SMB to enterprise. Generate pipeline via cold outreach, deliver consultative product demos, collaborate with Customer Success for handovers, and provide market feedback to shape GTM strategy.

Lead technical discovery, build tailored demos and PoCs, own technical RFP/RFI and security responses, secure technical sign-off from IT/security stakeholders, and hand over clear technical commitments to Project Management and CSMs for enterprise deals.

Lead and scale Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services across four European markets. Own hiring, tools, processes, and reporting to drive retention, reduce churn, grow professional services revenue, and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Tech, Finance, and Marketing.

Work directly with church communities to build trust, understand needs, and support digital adoption of ChurchDesk tools. Maintain long-term relationships with staff and volunteers, provide guidance and value, inspire advocacy, and collaborate with team to drive community success and product adoption.
