Creates print materials, promotional content, web graphics, and other visual designs for church services, events, and conferences. Collaborates with ministries and creative leadership to maintain brand consistency, coordinates with print vendors, stays current on creative industry trends, trains visual arts students, and supports church-wide events while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Leads the campus worship team and develops a passionate worship culture. Responsibilities include directing services and events, recruiting and developing team members, coordinating auditions and training, scheduling worship teams, planning departmental projects, supporting campus events, and providing pastoral care, discipleship, and leadership development to volunteers.

Administers enterprise cloud identity, messaging, collaboration, document management, and endpoint platforms across Windows, macOS, and iOS. Manages access, licensing, security policies, patching, device lifecycles, and compliance. Monitors SIEM, EDR, and MDR alerts, investigates incidents, supports vulnerability remediation, and collaborates with vendors. Maintains hybrid infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery processes, security governance, documentation, and staff security awareness.
