Teams at Church of the City

Lead daily cafe operations at a church to deliver a welcoming guest experience. Oversee staff and volunteers, develop procedures, manage purchasing/inventory/budget, maintain equipment, support events, and partner with ministries to create seasonal offerings and continuous operational improvements.

Manage and execute churchwide social media content, capture photo/video at services and events, write and edit posts to align with brand standards, and collaborate with communications team to increase clarity, consistency, and engagement across locations.

Prepare, maintain, and secure church facilities for services and events. Perform cleaning, minor maintenance, setup/teardown, inventory monitoring, and assist vendors and ministries. Must work evenings/weekends, lift heavy items, and uphold church beliefs and stakeholder membership requirements.
