Teams at Church of the City

Oversee audio, video, and lighting operations for Church of the City’s Nolensville location, while supporting Franklin and citywide events. Responsibilities include equipment setup, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, production management, volunteer and staff training, broadcast video, lighting design, service planning, and technical support across multiple locations. The role requires strong live worship production expertise, AVL signal-flow knowledge, organizational ability, flexibility, and the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.

Oversee audio, video, and lighting production for Church of the City Downtown, support Franklin and other locations, and provide technical assistance for services, events, broadcasts, and recording projects. Responsibilities include equipment operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, production management, volunteer and staff training, planning meetings, and creative lighting and set design. The role requires strong AVL expertise, organizational ability, adaptability, and alignment with the church’s faith and stakeholder requirements.

Manage and execute churchwide social media content, capture photo/video at services and events, write and edit posts to align with brand standards, and collaborate with communications team to increase clarity, consistency, and engagement across locations.
