Support the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, leave administration, claims coordination, HR operations, and employee relations. Maintain confidential records, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate pre-employment checks, and support HR communications and programs to promote a positive workplace aligned with the organization's mission.

Lead Safe Parking and Supportive Housing programs, supervise staff, ensure trauma-informed, harm-reduction service delivery, maintain data quality and compliance (HMIS/Activate Care/SharePoint), manage site operations and budgets, respond to crises, coordinate community partnerships, and oversee tenant/property processes and staff development.
