Teams at Church at the Park

Provides peer-based emotional, social, and practical support to young adults experiencing mental health or substance use challenges. Uses lived experience to offer mentorship, advocacy, resource navigation, life-skills education, and recovery support. Maintains documentation and HIPAA compliance, supports shelter operations and emergency procedures, coordinates with case managers and community agencies, assists with treatment planning and benefits access, and travels between program sites and community locations.
