Leads enterprise risk management across insurance, claims, risk control, safety, and financial protection. Manages insurance renewals, coverage analysis, contract risk reviews, workplace hazard inspections, safety programs, regulatory compliance, and claims from reporting through closure. Oversees third-party claims administrators, legal relationships, return-to-work programs, and loss-cost mitigation. Supervises and develops team members while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, OSHA, workers’ compensation, food codes, and organizational policies.

Provides comprehensive pediatric primary care, including wellness examinations, immunizations, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, laboratory interpretation, wound care, counseling, and preventive services. Documents care in the EHR, coordinates with healthcare professionals, supervises clinical staff, supports patient education and community resources, and follows California medical, safety, infection-control, HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA requirements.

Maintains hotel guest rooms, public areas, pool and spa spaces, hallways, elevators, balconies, and storage areas. Stocks housekeeping carts and closets, transports linens and waste, performs minor maintenance and cleaning, delivers guest requests, manages lost-and-found items, and reports maintenance issues. May also support laundry, spa, and room attendant duties. Requires flexible availability in a 24/7 hotel environment and a gaming license.
