Leads North American technology portfolio strategy, annual and multiyear planning, governance, capital tracking, roadmap execution, reporting, and vendor oversight. Partners with Finance and technology leaders to align priorities, monitor portfolio health, improve Clarity adoption and data quality, establish governance frameworks, and manage escalations. Develops leadership dashboards and briefing materials while leading, mentoring, and developing the portfolio management team.

Handle high-profile, technical, and complex Financial Lines claims from initial report through final disposition. Investigate claims, assess coverage and liability, set reserves, document files, manage litigation and external vendors, and coordinate with brokers, insureds, counsel, and internal teams. Apply sound judgment, regulatory and privacy requirements, compliance standards, and strong stakeholder communication to deliver effective claims outcomes and market-leading service.
