Supports and engineers enterprise VMware vSphere, Cloud Foundation, Aria, and virtual infrastructure environments. Responsibilities include incident diagnosis, resource management, monitoring, capacity and performance management, automation, hardware and software maintenance, risk management, documentation, change management, and on-call support. The role also provides technical mentorship, serves as an escalation point, and collaborates with networking, security, development, application, and support teams.

Manages complex primary and excess general liability and automobile claims nationwide, including investigation, coverage analysis, reserving, negotiation, settlement, litigation, and trial strategy. Directs defense counsel, evaluates liability and damages, communicates coverage positions, coordinates with insureds, brokers, TPAs, reinsurers, and internal partners, and represents Chubb at mediations, conferences, meetings, and trials. Travel is typically 30% to 40% or more as business needs require.

Leads the Tulsa commercial insurance underwriting portfolio, overseeing profitable growth, retention, P&L performance, risk selection, pricing, governance, and business development. Manages broker and client relationships, territory strategy, distribution initiatives, forecasting, and cross-selling across multiple insurance lines. Directs underwriting staff through hiring, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and resource deployment while ensuring compliance, underwriting quality, and operational efficiency.
