Lead onboarding plans, readiness checkpoints, training, setup validation, client communications, risk identification, adoption follow-up, and handoffs to account and support teams. Maintain accurate Salesforce records and improve launch consistency through playbooks, checklists, training materials, and process analysis. Collaborate with Implementation, Product, Support, Account Management, and client stakeholders.
