Lead client implementations for private capital software customers. Responsibilities include discovery sessions, requirements gathering, configuration guidance, client communications, deliverable creation, process documentation, project planning, milestone tracking, and stakeholder coordination through onboarding and implementation completion. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, with occasional travel and collaboration across global teams.

Lead product strategy to automate fund administration: own roadmap, design agentic LLM extraction and human-in-the-loop workflows, set reconciliation/confidence logic, measure efficiency gains, and manage a direct report while partnering with engineering, design, and leadership.

Lead technical projects as a hands-on developer, mentor engineers, and collaborate with teams to design solutions for financial data management.
