Conducts legal research on art law, art finance, commercial, privacy, AML, sanctions, and labor matters. Drafts NDAs, demand letters, and commercial contracts; supports copyright clearance, intellectual property enforcement, stakeholder liaison, translations, and template management. The role requires strong English, Cantonese, and Mandarin skills, legal training, confidentiality, organization, adaptability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Provides administrative and project support for estates, appraisals, and valuations. Coordinates valuation documents, proofreading, printing, client paperwork, property removal, shipping, warehousing, and pre- and post-sale activities. Supports Account Managers with research, scheduling, archiving, consignments, and cross-category valuation projects. The role requires fluency in German, strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Leads global Pop Culture business strategy, commercial execution, auction pipeline, private sales, major proposals, and cross-functional initiatives. Advises senior leadership on deal structures, investments, budgeting, forecasting, risks, and growth opportunities. Strengthens governance, operating models, accountability, and organizational effectiveness while leading sale coordination and supporting team development, resource planning, and succession. Produces executive reporting and aligns stakeholders across regions and functions to deliver profitable commercial outcomes.
