Support the maintenance, development, and optimization of the Workday HRIS. Handle user queries, test functionality, create documentation, analyze HR data, and help define and validate system requirements. The apprentice will learn recruitment, learning, reward, and general HR processes while collaborating with HR and IT teams and participating in training and development activities.

Coordinates Old Master drawings auctions and private sales across the Americas. Responsibilities include managing contracts, consignments, compliance paperwork, shipping, property movement, restoration and framing services, client charges, catalog production, marketing commitments, sale activities, bidding, and post-sale actions. The role serves as a cross-functional liaison among specialists, clients, legal, operations, production, logistics, and service teams while tracking deadlines and resolving issues.

Provides graphic design and production support for proposals, presentations, and pitch materials. Responsibilities include creating mock-ups, editing and scanning images, organizing digital assets, formatting layouts in InDesign, PowerPoint, and Figma, updating templates, incorporating feedback, performing quality checks, and preparing final files for print and digital distribution.
