Provides professional nursing care to pediatric clinic patients, including medication administration, injections, triage, treatment assistance, patient education, testing coordination, prescription refills, prior authorizations, and follow-up on clinical reports. The role requires an Illinois RN or LPN license, graduation from an accredited nursing school, and continuing health-related education. Full-time hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no nights or weekends.

Provides reception and administrative support in a laboratory clinic, including greeting and checking in patients, scheduling, answering calls, verifying records, collecting laboratory orders and samples, preparing labels, giving test instructions, and coordinating patient flow with medical staff. Requires travel to other laboratory locations and occasional rotating Saturday coverage.

Supervises OB/GYN office operations, including staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, performance management, provider onboarding, process quality, supplies, equipment, budgets, policies, billing concerns, patient issue resolution, and CLIA compliance. Serves as a liaison among staff, patients, providers, business offices, and external facility coordinators while supporting department meetings and operational improvements.

The RN will provide professional nursing care, administer chemotherapy, and manage oral chemotherapy patients in a clinical setting, ensuring patient education and effective communication with providers.

Greets and checks in patients, verifies demographic and insurance information, obtains signatures, collects and posts payments, balances the cash drawer, answers routine inquiries, and coordinates patient arrivals with clinical staff. The role maintains front-desk and waiting-room areas, supports limited-mobility services, participates in department huddles, and provides cross-trained backup coverage. Work is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no stated night or weekend requirements.

Perform a range of obstetrical and gynecological ultrasound procedures, assist providers with special scans, prepare and maintain exam rooms, verify and document imaging and patient history, and ensure image quality and sterile technique in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Provides professional nursing care to hematology-oncology patients in an outpatient chemotherapy clinic. Administers chemotherapy, medications, IV treatments, and phlebotomy; monitors patient responses; performs triage; supports providers; coordinates oral chemotherapy case management; and educates patients and families. The role requires an Illinois RN license, CPR certification, nursing school graduation, ongoing health-related education, and ONS chemotherapy/biotherapy certification or completion within six months.

Provide professional nursing care in an endocrinology clinic: administer medications and injections, assist providers with exams and testing, perform phlebotomy and special tests, triage calls, manage prior authorizations and prescription refills, arrange testing/admissions, follow up on labs/reports, document patient condition, and participate in departmental meetings.

Provide professional nursing care in dermatology clinic: administer medications and injections, assist providers with procedures (biopsies, excisions), triage calls, educate patients, manage meds and alerts, track high-risk patients, and help train new nurses.

Performs anatomic pathology histology tasks including macroscopic examination, tissue processing, slide preparation and staining, data entry, specimen handling, and send-outs. Works under pathologist supervision, maintains lab quality/compliance (CLIA/CAP/HIPAA), assists with inventory, training, and pathology conference support. May travel between clinic labs as needed.

The LPN/RN provides nursing care, administers medications, instructs patients, oversees scheduling, and communicates conditions to providers in a clinical setting.
