Review and oversee preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, business, and estate tax returns; perform tax research and technical memos; prepare complex returns as needed; mentor and train staff; maintain tax quality control and current tax law knowledge; support client relationships and business development.

The Tax Manager will oversee tax return preparation, optimize client tax strategies, mentor staff, and manage client relationships while ensuring compliance with tax laws.

During the internship, students will engage in tax preparation and accounting projects, network with professionals, and develop skills under mentorship.
