Analyzes HR and organizational data to develop scorecards, predictive insights, recruitment reports, and employee engagement metrics. Pulls and validates data from SQL and Workday, automates reporting, performs ad hoc analysis, supports recruitment campaigns, and consults with HR partners on data-driven process improvements and strategies.

Configure, administer, support, and continuously improve Workday Benefits and HCM solutions. Translate HR and benefits requirements into system configurations, eligibility rules, integrations, reports, and business processes. Lead testing, issue resolution, release management, compliance support, documentation, and process optimization while partnering with Benefits, HR, Payroll, Finance, vendors, and stakeholders.

Provide strategic legal counsel on physician arrangements, draft and negotiate complex healthcare agreements, advise on Stark and Anti-Kickback issues, support physician alignment, coordinate outside counsel, mentor junior attorneys, and partner with executive and operational teams to advance enterprise initiatives.
