The Breast Imager will lead a team in breast imaging, mentor residents, participate in cancer research, and provide patient care services.

Provide full-time primary care to adults 65+ in a multidisciplinary practice, managing chronic conditions, preventive care, and functional status. Work includes 36 patient-care hours/week, administrative time (some remote), 30–60 minute visits, 1:10 call, onsite pharmacist, behavioral health, Memory Center support, and use of EPIC EMR. Participate in value-based care programs and collaborate with care teams to optimize healthy aging.

Answer and prioritize incoming calls, dispatch appropriate internal emergency responders via CAD and radio, monitor cameras and alarms, conduct threat assessments using intelligence platforms, and support proactive safety initiatives and situational awareness across the hospital campus.
