Provide clerical and administrative support to the Nursing department: coordinate office activities and communication, operate departmental computer systems and equipment, protect patient and employee confidentiality, attend meetings and in-services, prioritize workload and crisis calls, and perform other related duties. Requires accurate typing and strong verbal/written communication.

The Lead Quality, Safety & Regulatory Analyst will oversee quality programs, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and accreditation efforts within oncology, coordinating with physician leadership to enhance patient care and operational excellence.

Coordinate day-to-day operations for multiple ambulatory health centers, manage site readiness, lead logistics for renovations and openings, collaborate with shared services, monitor metrics, support regulatory compliance, handle communications and caregiver engagement activities, and serve as a primary operational problem solver.
