Entry-level operating room nurse residency for senior nursing students, recent nursing graduates, and new RNs. The 26-week program combines classroom instruction, simulation, preceptor-led clinical training, and skills validation in perioperative nursing. Residents provide patient care as part of a surgical team while developing expertise in sterile technique, surgical procedures, safety, infection prevention, and clinical decision-making. Successful participants must obtain RN licensure, complete required assessments, work all shifts, and commit to two years of employment.

Provide HR-focused analytics and reporting to drive hiring, engagement, and retention decisions. Design and maintain HR scorecards, perform ad-hoc and predictive analyses, pull and validate data from Workday and SQL sources, support targeted recruitment campaigns, and translate business needs into reliable data products and presentations.

The Chief Government Affairs Officer leads federal, state, and local government affairs strategy; advises the CEO and executive leadership on legislative, regulatory, and political developments; oversees lobbying, advocacy, appropriations, policy responses, and trade association engagement; represents the health system with policymakers and regulators; builds bipartisan coalitions; develops policy messaging; and leads the Government Affairs, Policy, and Regulatory Strategy team.
