Provides front-office support for a counseling center by greeting patients and visitors, answering high-volume calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments, managing messages and correspondence, updating patient and insurance information, uploading records to the EMR, and resolving patient concerns. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, customer service experience, and medical office experience.

Sells apartment residences to qualified seniors, responds to leads, conducts consultations and tours, maintains prospect relationships, manages CRM records, completes sales paperwork, collects payments, and supports move-in processes. The role meets monthly sales and outreach goals, participates in events and presentations, develops referral partnerships, and communicates community services, contracts, amenities, and residency options to prospective residents and families.

Manages campus security operations, including patrols, access control, incident investigations, emergency response, parking enforcement, visitor assistance, security scheduling, employee badging, training, and coordination with safety leadership, police, and emergency services. Monitors CCTV and alarms, responds to emergencies and disorderly conduct, documents incidents, supports fire drills, and protects Christian Health residents, patients, visitors, staff, buildings, and property.
