The Financial Case Manager supports individuals in financial need by providing assistance, financial literacy education, and referrals to community resources, while also managing budgets and collaborating with staff.

Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions including weekly cash/check counts and deposits, donor acknowledgements, purchase orders, invoice processing, check printing, 1099/W9 handling, creating giving reports, reconciliations, and serving as backup for AR/AP while assisting the Finance Director on projects and attending staff meetings.

Provide oversight and instruction for Sunday morning children's classes, lead or fill in for volunteers, train and enforce safety and check-in/out procedures, assist with diapering and toileting, communicate with parents, sanitize and reset rooms, complete timecards, report incidents, and support the Childrens Pastor and ministry operations.
