Supports the Children’s Ministry team through administrative coordination, scheduling, communication, supply management, financial tracking, volunteer check-in oversight, database and website updates, social media management, promotional material creation, and curriculum support. The role requires Sunday mornings, holiday weekends, and ministry events, along with strong organization, confidentiality, communication, and multitasking skills.

Provide oversight and instruction for Sunday morning children's classes, lead or fill in for volunteers, train and enforce safety and check-in/out procedures, assist with diapering and toileting, communicate with parents, sanitize and reset rooms, complete timecards, report incidents, and support the Childrens Pastor and ministry operations.

The Financial Case Manager supports individuals in financial need by providing assistance, financial literacy education, and referrals to community resources, while also managing budgets and collaborating with staff.
