Creates video and motion-graphic content for children’s and student ministries. Collaborates on concepts, scripts, layouts, storyboards, and ministry messaging; operates cameras, lighting, sound, and grip equipment; coaches on-screen talent; and edits projects from concept through final delivery. Requires biblical and ministry discernment, strong communication, creativity, organization, and proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Sony cameras, lighting, and basic audio production.

Oversee a campus-based youth sports ministry, including volunteer recruitment and training, league and camp execution, family and coach relationships, community promotion, and integration with church ministries. Manage schedules, teams, facilities, equipment, safety, communications, and seasonal operations while supporting coaches and reinforcing character, faith, and community-building initiatives. The role requires a variable schedule with evening and Saturday field responsibilities.

Sources, develops, vets, and stewards faith-based stories across church campuses, ministries, and the community. Builds relationships with ministry leaders and storytellers, conducts interviews, coordinates pastoral review, manages story pipelines, prepares story briefs, and equips creative and teaching teams with compelling narratives. Requires strong communication, empathy, discretion, organization, project management, and proactive relationship-building skills.
