Lead operational and personnel management for LPNs and MAs, including scheduling, hiring recommendations, training, performance management, inventory and compliance. Serve as first escalation for operational issues, perform delegated clinical tasks (medication administration, phlebotomy, documentation), and coordinate with RNs, Clinical Director, and providers to ensure quality, safety, and patient communication.

Greet and check patients in/out, answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, collect insurance information and payments, maintain patient demographics and provider schedules, perform data entry and document scanning, balance cash drawer, make patient follow-up calls, and coordinate patient flow with clinical staff following HIPAA.
