Design and maintain branded digital and print materials across screens, web, social media, video, signage, and church-wide initiatives. The Graphic Designer will uphold brand consistency, manage approved fonts, colors, and visual elements, and support creative projects from concept through execution in collaboration with the Communications and Creative Director.

Lead the church’s college ministry through teaching, discipleship, evangelism, shepherding, retreats, mission trips, and international student outreach. Develop ministry strategy, communication, recruiting, and student leadership programs while coaching staff, volunteers, interns, and student leaders. Oversee on-site and campus gatherings, track attendance, manage Planning Center profiles, and coordinate ministry activities in alignment with the church’s beliefs and leadership standards.

Coordinates administrative operations for the Christ Covenant Smyrna campus, including calendars, facility bookings, visitor communications, supplies, events, and campus support. Assists the Campus Pastor with scheduling, email, expenses, travel planning, and task organization. Manages special projects and collaborates with events and hospitality teams while supporting the church’s assimilation of prospective and new members.

Supports the Executive Pastor or Director of Operations through complex calendar management, project coordination, financial and expense reconciliation, KPI and budget reporting, meeting follow-up, document organization, interview scheduling, and cross-functional administrative support. The role also assists with audits, contracts, insurance renewals, vendor coordination, process improvements, and operational system implementations.
