Leads the Commercial Lines Department while maintaining an active underwriting workload. Oversees staff performance, workflows, carrier guideline adherence, audits, reporting, agency profitability, carrier relationships, and team development. Approximately 75% of the role involves management and operational oversight, with 25% dedicated to direct commercial underwriting production, including Excess & Surplus Lines business.

Provide comprehensive executive and management support, including calendar and travel coordination, meeting preparation, follow-up tracking, correspondence, presentations, event planning, expense reporting, licensing, office coordination, and process improvement. The role requires confidentiality, strong organization, proactive communication, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities while supporting the President and broader management team.
