Leads Chowdeck’s central product design function across customer, vendor, operations, and trust products. Owns design quality, team hiring and development, design systems, research practice, design operations, and cross-functional collaboration. This player-coach role combines strategic leadership with hands-on product design, critique, prototyping, validation, and delivery. The lead will establish standards, improve research-informed decision-making, allocate design capacity, and scale consistent product experiences across mobile and web products.

Lead the consumer product function across discovery, browsing, cart, checkout, payment, order tracking, and completion. Set product strategy and roadmap, lead cross-functional delivery, use customer and operational insights to prioritize problems, and improve conversion, reliability, retention, and customer experience. Coordinate launches across cities and countries, manage dependencies and trade-offs, and communicate progress and outcomes to leadership and partner teams.

Own the Quick Commerce product strategy across Chowstore, Shops, and Local Markets, covering customer shopping, inventory, picking, fulfillment, and store operations. Lead roadmap prioritization, product discovery, technical planning, launches, and cross-functional collaboration. Improve basket-building, stock accuracy, order readiness, and operational efficiency while balancing growth, financial outcomes, and execution readiness for expansion.
