The Key Account Customer Success Associate manages relationships with key clients, supports POS implementation, conducts product demos, and ensures customer success through support and training.

Act as Chowbus's primary in-house legal contact owning commercial contracts (vendor, partnership, SaaS, NDAs, merchant terms). Support merchant and commercial disputes, coordinate escalation to outside counsel, and manage outside-counsel relationships and spend. Advise on compliance for payments (PCI), data privacy, and multi-jurisdiction contracting. Build legal templates, intake processes, and playbooks to enable business self-service on low-risk matters.
