Senior individual contributor who maps current and future-state workflows, produces executable functional specifications, owns requirements and UAT, validates platform alignment, and enables change management for advisor, operations, compliance, and automation initiatives across the firm.

Support Growth by managing CRM pipeline, partner tracking, and executive reporting. Analyze large datasets to surface insights, strengthen CRM discipline, standardize workflows, and pilot AI/automation to improve data capture and process efficiency. Partner cross-functionally to implement system enhancements and enable advisor growth.

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team, manages calendars, coordinates travel, prepares reports, and helps with project support. Duties include handling confidential information, liaising with stakeholders, and improving administrative workflows.
