Operate the Interactive Video Teller Machine to assist customers with financial transactions, deliver friendly service, meet transaction time goals, cross-sell products, follow bank policies and compliance (BSA/Patriot Act), and support ITM Center operations and team collaboration.

Operate the Interactive Video Teller Machine to process customer financial transactions accurately and efficiently, provide friendly service, maintain product knowledge, follow bank policies and regulatory requirements, meet transaction time and service standards, cross-sell products, and support team operations.

Handle daily deposit operations tasks including holds, stop payments, wires, returned mail, garnishments, reconciliations, and image retrieval. Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders, assist with back-up coverage, recommend procedural improvements, and comply with banking regulations including BSA/USA PATRIOT Act.
