Manage telecommunications and service agreements for multifamily property clients. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, vetting properties with vendors, identifying competitive proposals, negotiating business and financial terms, preparing proposal summaries with financial projections, proofreading contracts, and prioritizing numerous projects. The role is fully remote within the Central Ohio area and requires up to 5% travel.

Manage and grow multifamily client accounts by building C-suite and director-level relationships, positioning Choice as a trusted advisor, closing proposals, renewing agreements, launching new clients, and selling expanded services. Work remotely from a dedicated home office and travel 10%-20% to support client needs.
