Supports commercial real estate development projects from acquisition and planning approvals through construction and close-out. Works with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects aligned with timelines, costs, ESG targets, and applicable planning and permit requirements.

Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to multiple Finance Executives, including calendar and email management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, meeting and board material preparation, invoice and purchase order workflows, budget tracking, event and conference coordination, and confidential communications. The role manages competing priorities, coordinates stakeholders, supports quarterly deliverables, and assists with special projects in a hybrid office environment.

Administers accounts receivable for commercial, industrial, and retail properties. Responsibilities include reviewing bank activity, applying tenant payments, handling NSF items, contacting tenants about arrears, reconciling accounts, preparing rental notices and PADs, updating Power BI collection notes, tracking bad-debt write-offs, and coordinating with property management and revenue accounting teams.

Leads enterprise data and reporting solutions, including Power BI dashboards, semantic models, data governance, metadata, lineage, quality, and stewardship. Translates business needs into scalable technical solutions, manages contractors and vendors, partners with IT and business leaders, promotes data literacy, and oversees reporting lifecycle, compliance, and enterprise data product adoption.

Analyzes commercial real estate investments through financial modeling, valuation, underwriting, market research, due diligence, and portfolio analysis. Supports acquisition, disposition, development, and redevelopment decisions, prepares investment committee materials, and assists with transaction closings and asset performance monitoring.

Performs full-cycle accounting and financial analysis for revenue-generating properties. Reviews rents, expenses, recovery ratios, straight-line rent, NOI variances, mortgage interest, tax statements, forecasts, budgets, and transaction entries. Collaborates with Finance, Asset Management, Leasing, and Tax teams while supporting ad hoc projects and ensuring accurate, responsive property accounting services.
