Oversee and maintain network, telecommunications, server, and security infrastructure across corporate and remote locations. Configure systems, troubleshoot connectivity issues, monitor performance and access, manage user accounts, implement automation, maintain documentation and backups, and support projects and incidents. The role supervises IT support and junior network engineering staff, communicates with stakeholders, participates in on-call support, and travels up to 25% to remote sites.

Leads all Base Operations and Maintenance contract activities at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. Serves as the primary government liaison, supervises multidisciplinary teams, ensures quality, schedule, cost, staffing, licensing, certification, and security compliance, and oversees maintenance orders using GFEBS. Prepares reports, briefings, meeting minutes, and contract deliverables while providing after-hours operational support as needed.

Lead the WIC Overseas Program supporting approximately 10,000 participants monthly across 38 OCONUS locations. Responsibilities include managing dispersed staff, operations, budgets, government contracts, EBT processing, PIMS, compliance, performance improvement, stakeholder relationships, executive reporting, and international and domestic travel. The role requires senior-level leadership in public health, nutrition, healthcare, human services, or government programs.
