Build and lead the commercial operating engine to enable predictable growth: own systems, processes, forecasting, reporting, planning, and compensation; rebuild fragmented workflows; create a trusted source of truth across sales, marketing, finance, and analytics; lead cross-functional initiatives; coach revenue operators; and apply AI and automation to increase operational leverage.

Support HR operations and Paris office management: payroll administration, employee contracts and records, Notion documentation, facilities and vendor coordination, event support, and process improvement to enhance employee experience.
