Owns the regional P&L and day-to-day operations for a multi-market pool services and construction platform. Leads organic and acquisition-driven growth, post-acquisition integration, field service and construction performance, operational standardization, safety, talent development, and multi-site leadership. The role partners with corporate development and executive leadership to scale operations, integrate systems and teams, improve margins, and build a repeatable platform for continued expansion.

Own value creation strategy and execution across a private equity portfolio of skilled trades businesses. Build 100-day plans, identify growth and margin improvement levers, quantify EBITDA impact, track initiatives through KPI infrastructure, and support exit preparation. Partner directly with portfolio company operators, finance teams, and firm leadership to execute improvements, benchmark performance, and document defensible value creation results.
