Teams at Chip Cookies

Provide administrative and operational support including customer communication, errands and deliveries, order prep, audits, reports, scheduling, and general problem-solving to keep daily business operations organized and on track.

Supervise a small store team (3–4 people), coach using the Chip Cookies operations manual, train on systems, ensure excellent customer service, oversee dough production and maintain dough quality, and report to the multi-unit manager. Requires 10:00 AM–10:00 PM availability and hands-on store leadership.
