Leads cybersecurity and control-system upgrade projects for geographically distributed government and commercial facilities. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, changes, contracts, and client relationships across the full project lifecycle. Directs cross-functional teams, oversees deliverables and compliance, conducts audits and continuous improvement, and serves as the primary client contact. Requires extensive OT, BAS, or ICS experience, project management expertise, cybersecurity certification, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Designs, assesses, tests, hardens, and monitors cybersecurity solutions for industrial control and operational technology systems. Responsibilities include ICS inventories, risk assessments, secure systems integration, technical control implementation, compliance with NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, DoD RMF, and OT Zero Trust requirements, and resolution of technical issues. The role is remote with travel to client sites up to 50% and requires U.S. citizenship plus eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Performs electrical code enforcement reviews, construction inspections, design reviews, compliance testing, equipment evaluations, and small systems designs for government and mission-critical facilities. Interprets federal codes and standards, reviews submittals and reports, supports quality assurance audits, documents violations, and advises clients, contractors, architects, and engineers. Specializes in generators, UPS systems, emergency and mission-critical power distribution, EV infrastructure, and electrical equipment. The hybrid role includes office, remote, and client-site work with up to 10% travel.

Manage commissioning, energy management, and facilities management projects across the building lifecycle. Prepare commissioning plans, specifications, schedules, estimates, reports, checklists, and functional performance tests. Conduct design, submittal, site, and technical reviews; coordinate equipment startup and testing; facilitate systems turnover and maintenance programs; oversee quality, budgets, and deliverables; and guide project teams and junior staff. The role requires collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams, hybrid work in Arlington, Virginia, and travel to client sites.
