Leads daily finance operations, including general ledger oversight, reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting support, variance analysis, audits, accounts payable and receivable review, compliance, and internal controls. Supervises accounting staff, provides training, improves processes, supports financial system enhancements, and advises the Director of Finance on reporting and decision-making.
