Teams at Chinese Community Health Plan

Conduct trauma‑informed, bias‑free regulatory investigations of licensed health professionals under relevant legislation. Prepare investigation plans, gather evidence, conduct interviews, draft reports, monitor compliance, liaise with law enforcement and regulators, and support discipline proceedings and audits across BC.

Provide paralegal and privacy coordination support to Legal Counsel and Executive Director, including legal research, drafting correspondence and procedural documents, responding to FOIPPA/privacy requests, coordinating records retention, and liaising with internal teams and external counsel to support regulatory compliance.
