Lead CASL's community engagement and events by managing the CASL Connect platform, planning major community events, developing sponsorship and volunteer programs, coordinating vendors and logistics, tracking KPIs, and collaborating cross-functionally to expand visibility and impact.

Lead clinical teams delivering trauma-informed, community-based behavioral and brain health services. Provide individual and group supervision, carry a small caseload, oversee documentation and compliance, manage program operations and grants, run audits, support staff development and training, and coordinate care and community partnerships to improve service quality and access.

Lead CASL's donor identification and early cultivation efforts by building a discovery portfolio, engaging prospects, leveraging board and community networks, using data and Salesforce for prospect management, and collaborating with advancement and cross-functional teams to grow the philanthropic pipeline and support long-term fundraising goals.
