Manage Salesforce and donor databases, oversee gift processing and reconciliations, produce fundraising reports and segments, lead prospect research and stewardship programs, and support annual fund campaigns to strengthen donor engagement and fundraising operations.

Lead CASL's community engagement and events by managing the CASL Connect platform, planning major community events, developing sponsorship and volunteer programs, coordinating vendors and logistics, tracking KPIs, and collaborating cross-functionally to expand visibility and impact.

Lead clinical teams delivering trauma-informed, community-based behavioral and brain health services. Provide individual and group supervision, carry a small caseload, oversee documentation and compliance, manage program operations and grants, run audits, support staff development and training, and coordinate care and community partnerships to improve service quality and access.
