Lead day-to-day operations of a COMPASS elementary after-school program, supervising staff, managing enrollment, curriculum implementation, compliance with DOHMH/FDNY/DYCD regulations, budgeting and reporting, incident documentation, staff training and professional development, and stakeholder communication to ensure high-quality youth services.

Provide case management and behavioral interventions for high-school-aged youth, develop and implement individual behavior/growth plans, refer families to resources, document progress, and lead workshops on career readiness, college access, financial literacy, and leadership. Build internship worksite networks and collaborate with partners to support youth success.

Develop, adapt, and select age-appropriate curricula and lesson plans for after-school elementary programs. Support Program Director with implementation of academic, STEAM, literacy, SEL, and fitness activities; track staff and participant attendance, engagement, and progress; complete required professional development and mandatory trainings; maintain participant progress reports and attend funder/CPC meetings.
