Supports a child welfare preventive-services program by maintaining case files, compiling reports, assisting with family conferences, organizing workshops and community activities, preparing educational materials, and helping provide translation, escorting, and other direct services to immigrant families.

Supports community-based legal services for immigrant, AAPI, and low-income New Yorkers. Responsibilities include client intake, document collection, confidential recordkeeping, case and legal document support, clinic coordination, referrals, court and agency communication, Know-Your-Rights workshops, and translation of legal resources. The role collaborates with attorneys, community organizations, and social services staff while providing administrative and logistical support.

Develops and adapts curricula and lesson plans for middle school youth in after-school academic, STEAM, literacy, life skills, leadership, fitness, and social-emotional learning activities. Maintains staff and participant records, prepares progress reports, supports family engagement, attends required meetings, completes professional development, and follows DYCD, DOH, and SACC requirements.
