Provides administrative and office support for an after-school program by managing student registration, schedules, files, attendance, correspondence, budgets, expenditures, supplies, and communications. Serves as a liaison with finance, supports families and staff, answers calls, supervises clerical personnel and youth participants, and maintains efficient program operations.

Provides operational and fundraising support for the Development team, including gift and pledge processing, donor acknowledgements, prospect research, Salesforce data maintenance, reconciliation, reporting, and donor record management. Coordinates team meetings, calendars, documentation, expenses, invoices, and fundraising event logistics. Requires accurate data handling, administrative organization, discretion, communication skills, and collaboration with Finance and Development staff.

Lead and manage the site-based afterschool program: oversee day-to-day operations, hire and supervise staff, deliver curriculum and classroom quality, manage enrollment and budget, ensure compliance with DOHMH/DOE/DYCD/FDNY regulations, handle incident reporting, engage families and partners, and prepare for audits and performance reviews.
