Chinatown Community Development Center Benefits Overview

Work with Chinatown residents and stakeholders to conduct outreach, gather and analyze community input on housing, transportation, economic development, and open space. Draft responses to city plans, assess project impacts, facilitate workshops, provide public testimony, and support advocacy and project management for neighborhood planning initiatives.

Lead annual fundraising and donor relations, manage donor communications and data, cultivate mid-level donors and corporate partners, plan and run special events (including the annual gala and 50th anniversary activities), produce fundraising analytics and reports, and collaborate across teams to steward supporters and grow revenue.

Lead CCDC's HR function as a strategic partner to executive leadership. Oversee HR operations (recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, employee relations, compliance), scale HR systems and team, drive workforce planning and learning, coach managers, and ensure equitable, culturally competent HR practices across the nonprofit.
