Chinatown Community Development Center Benefits Overview

Provides administrative, fundraising, communications, marketing, and event support for a nonprofit development department. Responsibilities include executive support, scheduling, meeting coordination, Salesforce data entry, fundraising appeals, donor research and stewardship, corporate sponsorship tracking, vendor coordination, event planning and execution, marketing content, and communications. The role also supports Chinatown CDC’s 50th anniversary campaign and represents the organization to donors, volunteers, partners, and stakeholders.

Lead CCDC's HR function as a strategic partner to executive leadership. Oversee HR operations (recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, employee relations, compliance), scale HR systems and team, drive workforce planning and learning, coach managers, and ensure equitable, culturally competent HR practices across the nonprofit.

Lead execution of the Director's marketing and communications strategy: manage projects, timelines, budgets, and vendors; produce copy and multimedia content across print, web, social, email, and press; uphold brand guidelines; support media/PR and crisis communications; track channel performance and reporting; and coordinate across departments to support fundraising, advocacy, and community engagement.
