The role requires strong maritime regulatory knowledge, analytical ability, technical writing skills, and a U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Credential endorsed as Master of Self-Propelled Vessels of at least 100 GRT on Great Lakes and Inland Waters or superior routes.
