Provides trained nursing support under Registered Nurse supervision on a pediatric hematology, oncology, and bone marrow transplant unit. Performs basic patient care and transport tasks, follows detailed instructions, and safely lifts and positions patients weighing up to 75 pounds. Requires senior-level enrollment in a nursing program and BLS certification.

Leads account resolution and hospital billing follow-up activities, including staff training, work-queue monitoring, claim audits, denial and variance resolution, high-dollar claim reviews, and escalation support. Ensures claims meet payer filing requirements and reimbursement terms. Maintains knowledge of payer contracts, Epic A/R reporting, billing procedures, and revenue cycle operations while assisting with process improvements, productivity reporting, and complex account resolution.

Directs the enterprise information security program for a healthcare system, managing cybersecurity risk, regulatory compliance, information safety, privacy, recovery, and assurance activities. Oversees technology security teams and mission-critical systems, budgets, quality assurance, change control, and customer relationships across business and clinical environments. Leads staff development and ensures information systems remain secure, functional, and aligned with patient care and organizational objectives.
