Provides pediatric nursing care in a clinic setting including in-person nurse visits, telephone triage, EHR messaging, patient education, care coordination, and documentation. Collaborates with providers and care teams, adheres to nursing standards and HIPAA, and supports population health and preventive care across pediatric age groups.

Support enterprise information management by delivering advanced analytics, developing performance intelligence tools, and leading strategic projects. Partner with clinical and operational leaders to build measures, dashboards, and reporting (Epic and other sources), ensure data governance, mentor analysts, and translate clinical needs into data solutions to improve organizational performance and patient care.

Provide perioperative circulating nursing care for pediatric patients in the operating room, coordinate patient care and family communication, delegate tasks appropriately, work flexible 10-hour shifts with weekend/holiday on-call responsibilities, and maintain required nursing licensure and BLS certification.
