Reviews usage and par levels, identifies cost-saving opportunities, supports department reorganizations, manages supply systems, and ensures timely availability of products. Requires collaboration with clinical and operational teams, regular clinic visits, and occasional urgent sourcing or borrowing of supplies.

Provides high-level administrative support to two executives by managing complex calendars, meetings, communications, documents, travel arrangements, expense reports, records, and confidential information. Coordinates executive meetings, events, special projects, and stakeholder interactions while exercising independent judgment and prioritizing competing demands. The role is full-time, onsite, and requires strong organizational, communication, technology, proofreading, scheduling, and discretion skills.

Provides technical leadership for enterprise network engineering across clinical and business operations. Designs and troubleshoots Cisco routing, switching, wireless, datacenter, WAN, and cloud connectivity environments. Develops network automation using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and APIs; leads implementations, migrations, incident resolution, security improvements, lifecycle planning, and resilience initiatives. Mentors engineers, coordinates with infrastructure, cloud, security, and vendors, and supports Azure and AWS hybrid connectivity.
