Assists with daily telehealth nursing operations, including patient flow, staffing assignments, scheduling, quality reviews, training, and safe patient care. Manages Telehealth RNs responding to parents’ pediatric health calls after office hours. Provides clinical guidance, supports staff development, monitors safety and regulatory readiness, promotes teamwork, and may lead shifts when the manager is absent. This is a part-time role requiring some weekend work.

Leads healthcare quality improvement initiatives across clinical and operational areas. Facilitates multidisciplinary teams, analyzes data, develops scorecards and statistical process control charts, conducts failure modes and effects analyses, and implements process redesign using Model for Improvement and PDSA methodologies. Advises leadership, coaches improvement staff, delivers quality training, develops performance metrics, and collaborates with physicians and operational teams to improve patient experience, outcomes, efficiency, and financial performance.

Provides supervised neonatal clinical care in NICUs across three hospitals, managing approximately 12–15 infants per shift. Responsibilities include patient assessment and treatment, documentation, trainee education, quality improvement, clinical research participation, family communication, and collaboration with neonatologists and clinical staff. Requires Georgia medical licensure, DEA registration, board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics, and BLS or PALS certification.
