The Senior Human Resources Partner supports employee relations, labor relations, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, training, organizational development, compensation, benefits, and HR operations. The role advises leaders and employees, supports investigations and collective bargaining activities, coordinates engagement initiatives, maintains confidential records, and travels regularly among Washington locations.

Coordinates Early Support for Infants and Toddlers referral and intake processes, explains services and eligibility to families, schedules intake meetings, maintains electronic records, and collaborates with referral sources, Family Resources Coordinators, evaluators, and ESIT leadership. Supports program compliance, assignment processes, team meetings, and families of infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities.

Conduct family-centered virtual screenings, evaluations, and assessments for infants and toddlers to determine ESIT eligibility; prepare timely documentation and summaries; contribute to Child Outcomes Summary and IFSP planning; collaborate with interdisciplinary team, Family Resources Coordinators, and program leadership; maintain compliance with IDEA Part B & C and CTC timelines; participate in team meetings, peer coaching, and cultural-responsive family engagement.
