Provides front-of-house patron services for theatre productions, including ticket scanning, seating assistance, wayfinding, concessions, gift shop sales, safety monitoring, cleaning, and restocking. Uses Square for transactions and supports event operations while delivering inclusive, professional customer service. Requires evening and weekend availability, standing for long periods, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and assisting patrons in a darkened theatre. CPR/AED/First Aid and alcohol-service certification are required, with training provided.

Support the Technical Director by drafting scenic technical drawings (AutoCAD 3D), managing shop workflow, budgeting and material orders, supervising carpenters, attending production meetings and rehearsals, and ensuring safe, equitable, and inclusive shop practices.

Develop and manage corporate, foundation, and government fundraising programs: identify prospects, write and submit grants, steward donors, manage portfolios, set goals, track progress, and support events and board engagement.
