The Digital Marketing Manager leads digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with teams to implement strategies, analyze performance, and enhance audience engagement. Support the Technical Director by drafting scenic technical drawings (AutoCAD 3D), managing shop workflow, budgeting and material orders, supervising carpenters, attending production meetings and rehearsals, and ensuring safe, equitable, and inclusive shop practices.

Develop and manage corporate, foundation, and government fundraising programs: identify prospects, write and submit grants, steward donors, manage portfolios, set goals, track progress, and support events and board engagement.
