Provides clerical and administrative support, including typing, filing, calendar and meeting coordination, telephone communications, reporting, admissions and discharge processing, billing assistance, attendance tracking, supply ordering, and records maintenance. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong organization, confidentiality, judgment, and proficiency with office software. The role may involve varied schedules, travel across New York City locations, and lifting objects up to 30 pounds.

Manage the organization’s high-volume accounts payable function, including invoice review, coding, approvals, payments, reconciliations, accruals, vendor records, staff supervision, audits, and internal controls. Ensure expenses comply with nonprofit and government funding requirements, support month-end close, maintain audit-ready documentation, and improve AP workflows. Collaborate with Finance, Budget and Contracts, Procurement, program teams, vendors, auditors, and senior leadership.

Manages full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, candidate experience, employer branding, campus recruiting, and talent pipeline development. Partners with hiring managers and leaders to meet staffing needs, improve selection processes, maintain compliance, and support retention initiatives. Administers new-hire engagement surveys, develops recruitment reports and strategies, and helps strengthen the organization’s employer brand and workforce diversity.
