Provides peer recovery guidance to families involved in the child welfare system. Responsibilities include connecting families with recovery resources, conducting home and community visits, participating in case reviews, documenting progress in FSFN, responding to crises, and reporting client information. The role requires reliable transportation, regular office attendance, travel within and outside Hillsborough County, collaboration with case managers and community partners, and completion of peer recovery training and certification requirements.

Coordinates family preservation referrals and case services for child welfare investigations. Assesses family needs, assigns providers, tracks engagement, addresses service barriers, facilitates interagency staffings, prepares service authorizations, conducts occasional home visits, monitors contracts, maintains case records in FSFN and CCWIS, and collaborates with child welfare agencies and community stakeholders to preserve families and prevent children from entering care.

Coordinates, facilitates, documents, and monitors child welfare permanency staffings. Analyzes case information, mediates disagreements, prepares court reports and permanency recommendations, tracks statutory deadlines, and collaborates with families, legal professionals, social workers, and community agencies. Requires field travel, reliable transportation, strong communication and analytical skills, and compliance with Florida child welfare certification and reporting systems.
