Manages procurement, negotiation, execution, monitoring, and documentation of contracts for community child welfare providers. Responsibilities include analyzing budgets, processing invoices, evaluating expenditures and performance data, ensuring contract compliance, developing corrective action plans, facilitating provider meetings, preparing reports, and managing grant applications and reporting. The role is in-office, requires community travel, and includes extensive coordination with providers and internal stakeholders.

Coordinates and facilitates child welfare permanency staffings, gathers and analyzes case information, mediates differing recommendations, documents proceedings in FSFN and Mindshare, and prepares court reports with permanency recommendations. The role applies Florida dependency laws, supports family engagement and child safety, tracks critical case deadlines, provides technical assistance, and collaborates with agencies involved in the child welfare system.

Inputs, validates, consolidates, and corrects child welfare data in FSFN and Mindshare. Processes placement, authorization, outcome, OTI, and ICPC information; performs validation sampling; prepares reports; responds to information requests; supports case management staff and providers; and assists with training, process improvements, compliance, and data quality initiatives.
